Our litigation & arbitration department endeavours to offer these comprehensive responses in litigation situations. We act at any stage of the process: pre-litigation, litigation and arbitration.


We offer the possibility of a multidisciplinary approach because we have a team of professionals who enable us to work in a variety of areas. 

The legal advice we provide in litigation and arbitration is essentially focused on commercial disputes. We act from a preventive or pre-litigation perspective, in terms of drafting agency, distribution, franchising, industrial property assignment or licensing contracts, international financing (international leasing and factoring) and international joint ventures, seeking to avoid breach of contract.

We act in matters involving multiple jurisdictions, helping our clients to make efficient decisions that lead to a satisfactory outcome. In this regard, we handle disputes relating to jurisdictional issues, initiating proceedings with a foreign element and monitoring the various stages, taking into account the different legal systems.  


We also have solid experience in recognising and enforcing foreign judgments, whether from EU member states or third countries. 


We would also like to highlight our team of experienced professionals in international credit recovery, using the mechanisms and procedural instruments established by European law.   


In partnership with our colleagues in the tax department, whenever necessary, we provide advice on remuneration, benefits and social security.
